How it works

Three steps. No paperwork to start.

    Email and password, then your name, agency, RERA BRN and mobile number.

  2. We verify your BRN

    We check it against the RERA broker register. Listings you add in the meantime go live as soon as you are verified.

  3. Close and get paid

    Register each deal you close with us. Your 80% is paid within 24 hours, and every claim shows its payment time in your account.

Who can join?

Brokers registered with RERA who have a valid broker registration number (BRN). We check every BRN against the RERA broker register before your listings go live.

How much of the commission do I keep?

When you bring a buyer to a project on Victory House, 80% of the commission goes to you and 20% to Victory House, unless we agree something different in writing before the deal.

When is my commission paid?

Within 24 hours. Register the deal once it closes and upload the booking form, reservation receipt or SPA. We confirm the deal and pay your 80% within 24 hours of receiving the claim. If we need anything else, we ask within those 24 hours, and they restart when you reply.

What does listing cost?

Your first 5 active listings are free. Each listing after that costs AED 50. Every listing runs 90 days, and you can relist it when it expires.

What can I list?

Off-plan resale and ready properties for sale, anywhere in the UAE. Each listing needs its advertising permit number (Trakheesi, ADREC or RERA), which is shown on the listing.

Who sees my contact details?

Your name, agency, BRN and mobile number are shown on your listings so buyers can reach you. Inquiries made through the form go to your account, and Victory House keeps a copy.
